Eligibility & Membership

• Access to ZORÁE is membership-based.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Membership credentials are personal and confidential; you may not share access with any third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership at our discretion.

Products & Availability

Every ZORÁE piece is crafted to order using lab-grown diamonds, each accompanied by an IGI certificate. Collections are released monthly and remain available only while listed.

Orders & Pricing

An order is confirmed once we send a confirmation email. Prices are inclusive of taxes and duties for your destination. We may cancel and refund an order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud, or fulfilment issues.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and imagery on this site are owned by ZORÁE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Promotional & Discount Codes

From time to time ZORÁE offers promotional codes, including our welcome offer and privately issued gift codes. The following terms apply to all discount codes unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Welcome offer: ZORAE10 entitles new subscribers to 10% off their first order and is issued once per customer upon email sign-up.
• All codes offer 10% off a single order, apply to full-price items only, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• Codes must be entered at checkout in the discount field; they cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• Privately issued codes (including gift and ambassador codes) are non-transferable, intended for the named recipient, and may be withdrawn at our discretion if shared publicly or misused.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for credit, and are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
• Codes exclude bespoke commissions, gift cards, taxes, duties, and shipping.
• In the event of a return or cancellation, the discount is forfeited and only the amount paid will be refunded.
• ZORÁE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Influencer and ambassador codes are issued privately to named individuals as a personal gesture; they are single-use per customer, may not be resold, published, or posted on coupon or deal aggregator sites, and will be deactivated if shared outside their intended audience.
